Two-part sewn hook and loop tape, loop on the outside of the trouser belt and hook on the inside of the tactical belt. The connection between the loop on the trouser belt and the hook on the tactical belt prevents the tactical belt from slipping vertically. However, the duty belt can still be moved and adjusted horizontally.
